Orders & Delivery

When will my order arrive?

We offer free UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and most UK deliveries arrive within 7–14 working days from dispatch.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

If you can't find your tracking email, please check your spam folder first — if it's still missing, get in touch and we'll resend it.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is coming soon — if you'd like to be notified when we ship to your country, please join our newsletter at the bottom of the page.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love every Yunae piece. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, simply reply to your order confirmation email or get in touch with us. We'll guide you through the next steps and confirm your return address.

When will I get my refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Products & Sizing

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes specific sizing details to help you choose with confidence. Where relevant, we include measurements and fit notes from us.

If you're between sizes or unsure, we're always happy to advise — just send us a message before you order.

How do I care for my Yunae pieces?

Every piece we curate is chosen to last. Care instructions are included on individual product pages, but as a general rule we recommend gentle washing, low heat, and storing items thoughtfully when not in use.

Looked after properly, our pieces are designed to stay with you for years.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

Yunae accepts all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout is fully secured by industry-standard SSL encryption, so your card details are always protected. We never store payment information on our servers.
